🪙How does the Custom Lead Credit system work?

Once you submit an order, our team will immediately start working on it.

Sometimes you may not get the full amount you requested, especially if your order is a bit more niche and there’s just not that many leads available for it.

For example, let’s say you have 1K custom lead credits left and you place an order for 750 custom lead credits. But our team can only find 450 total leads for this order.

We will then upload the list to your dashboard in the LIST section and your lead credit count will be deducted 450 credits, so you will have 550 total credits remaining.

The system does not automatically deduct from your credit count upon you submitting the order - since our team is going out there to manually compile all of your data and we won’t know how many leads were going to end up with until were done compiling and verifying. So you truly only get charged for what we collect and deliver back to you.
