🌠How to use tags in the Unibox?

The tagging system in the Unibox allows you to organize your conversations more efficiently.

Let’s say you are having an excellent back and forth with a prospect and you think they may close - you would mark this as a “hot lead”.

Let’s say you have the wrong person, you can mark this as “wrong person”.

Let’s say someone just is not interested, you can mark them as so.

This allows you to mark and segment all of your conversations and then come back later on to view them quickly.
